In this time there is a huge discussion on the matter of education and the quality providing by private and government school. The government is spending a lot of money to government schools in but there is not a noticeable result in the circumstances. Where it is assumed that the teachers of government schools are quite qualified and huge payroll. Some people criticize that there are so many problems on the systems of government school which have been implementing for decades. So it is the time to take a part in the change. We cannot aim to develop country if we do not have an effective education system. It’s the time to think of whether we are devastating the future of our children and our nation?
Some year ago we dreamed of change. Our school was not different from typical government schools. We had so many problems. We did not have buildings for students. The pass percentage of students was poor. The community was very frustrated. We found the huge depth of government and private school and we stood up for change. We didn’t sleep for days, worked hard. We are not successful yet but not tired too.
The community gave me the chance to lead the management team. That was a great opportunity for me personally. I planned to work on problems at first. We asked for helps with peoples, organizations. Some helped us and some didn’t believe us. I appreciate the help of CA member Mr. Girirajmani Pokharel. He has helped in various sector .
We did not step back but fought challenges. Now, I proudly say we are one of the government school providing a quality education. I would like to thank all of our staffs of school and the hardworking teachers. We gave chance to take part in training to teachers. It's quite satisfactory now.
Now we are commencing 3 year diploma animal science education affiliation of CTEVT. We have a animal science program from class 9. We have 2 two veterinary doctors, well facilated laboratory, an OPD centr, computer lab, music class. We believe in quality so we don’t only teach we are very keen to teach music, sports and social science.
We want to see this place as the destination of higher education. I would like thank to my society for giving me huge support and I expect same in future. I suggest my children to read hard and to help the society from heart. I am very thankful to have a hardworking management team member and staffs. I hope we will work together in coming days too.
